Vinyl
Sheets of vinyl are fed from rolls onto our plotter-cutter and the design is cut out with the aide of a computer. The plotted vinyl is then heat pressed onto the garment to activate an adhesive to apply the print. Our plotted vinyl applications are perfect for jersey numbers, small orders of one color designs, and personalizing or identifying apparel you already own, such as hats and bags.
One color vinyl comes in a gamut of solid colors, including florescent and metallic variants. In addition to our one color vinyl process, we also offer a full-color vinyl application when silkscreen or digital print applications are not suited to your project or preferences.
